The destinations you're travelling to may have restrictions in place due to COVID-19. Failure to comply with COVID-19 requirements may result in you being unable to use the travel products purchased and experience disruption to your travel plans and additional costs.  

You must check the requirements you need to meet to be eligible to travel on your planned itinerary. All requirements are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to check these requirements from when you book until you return home.

Review all requirements including border declarations, testing, proof of vaccination and quarantine. If you don't meet any one of the requirements it can derail your travel plans. 

It is also important to monitor your booking. Changes in your own plans or changes by the travel service provider (for example, airline schedule changes) can also affect your ability to meet the requirements.
